India, Oct. 19 -- HFCL has reported a 143.62% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue, up from Rs 1,043.34 crore to Rs 2,541.79 crore in the second quarter of FY2027. Its net profit rose more than fivefold to Rs 394.22 crore from Rs 71.92 crore a year earlier, supported by higher product sales and improved operating margins.

The company, which operates in optical fibre, optical fibre cables, connectivity solutions, telecom equipment, defence and aerospace products, and digital infrastructure, reported a 32.73% sequential increase in revenue from Rs 1,914.98 crore in Q1 FY2027. Profit after tax grew 448.14% year-on-year and 60.49% quarter-on-quarter.
