India, Aug. 4 -- HCLTech has completed the acquisition of Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) Telco Solutions business, marking the latest step in its strategy to strengthen its telecommunications capabilities through AI- and engineering-led services.

The acquisition, first announced in December 2025, expands HCLTech's portfolio of telecom software, intellectual property (IP), engineering expertise and managed services at a time when communications service providers (CSPs) are investing in AI-driven network transformation, next-generation infrastructure and autonomous network operations.
