India, June 3 -- Cisco has introduced a new platform designed to help organisations manage, monitor and secure critical IT infrastructure through a combination of human oversight and artificial intelligence (AI) agents.

Announced at Cisco Live US in Las Vegas on 2 June 2026, Cisco Cloud Control is a unified platform that brings together networking, security, compute, observability and collaboration tools within a single environment. The company said the platform is intended to support what it describes as an "AgenticOps" operating model, in which human operators and AI agents work together to manage enterprise systems.
