BSNL to extend 4G coverage across remote Sonbhadra region
India, July 22 -- State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is set to extend its indigenous 4G network to remote parts of Uttar Pradesh's Sonbhadra district, aiming to improve mobile connectivity in villages that have long struggled with unreliable telecom services due to difficult terrain.
The rollout is being undertaken in coordination with the district administration and is intended to provide residents with better voice services and mobile internet access. Improved connectivity is expected to support access to healthcare, education and government welfare programmes in areas where communication has remained a challenge.
