India, Aug. 26 -- Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa (GCIB) and Afro Mobile SARL, a telecommunications and digital infrastructure company incorporated in Cote d'Ivoire, to develop telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects across Africa.

The agreement, dated 7 August 2026 and fully executed on 19 August 2026, establishes a framework for identifying, structuring, financing, developing, implementing and operating projects across multiple areas of digital infrastructure.
