India, Sept. 25 -- Blue Cloud Softech Solutions' wholly owned US subsidiary, Global Impx (GIX), has received a signed Statement of Work (SoW) from IBM Cloud for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services, with a fixed contract value of USD 15.5 million (approximately Rs 147 crore).

The SoW was issued under a Master Services Agreement between GIX and IBM Cloud dated 21 August 2026. Work began on 24 September 2026, with payments linked to five milestones covering the project from kick-off through to production go-live.

Under the engagement, GIX will design and deploy infrastructure for AI and machine-learning workloads, covering model development, training, fine-tuning and inference.
