India, Aug. 26 -- The Bihar government has signed an agreement with ConveGenius.AI to build artificial intelligence infrastructure in the state, with the government retaining control over its data and AI governance as it seeks to lay the foundation for Bihar-specific AI models and public services.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bihar's Department of Information Technology envisages an AI stack built and governed within the state, with transparency measures and guardrails forming part of the governance framework, according to ConveGenius.AI.
