India, March 19 -- FOFO may be the word of the year, but it has been an unspoken undercurrent for operators and industry players for much longer. It is daunting and difficult to "find out" where blind spots emerge, where network agility becomes clogged, and where capital expenditure bleeds through infrastructures that are sprawling, heterogeneous, opaque, fragmented, confusing, and, at times, on friendly terms with snails.
