India, March 12 -- Agora, has introduced conversational AI agent solutions for customer service and for sales and marketing, built on a unified platform intended to support enterprise deployment of conversational AI technologies.
The company said the launch comes at a time when the adoption of conversational AI is expected to increase significantly. According to Gartner, conversational AI agents could automate around 70 per cent of customer interactions by the end of 2027. By 2028, AI agents are projected to outnumber human sellers by a ratio of ten to one.
