Hanoi, March 17 -- Vietnam has named a 23-man squad for FIFA Days in March with a mix of experienced players and several new or returning faces as the team prepares for key international matches.
According to the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), the latest call-up brings together established players while also marking the return of key figures sidelined by injury in recent times.
Among the familiar names are goalkeepers Dang Van Lam and Nguyen Filip; defenders Do Duy Manh, Xuan Manh and Van Vi; midfielders Hoang Duc and Quang Hai; and forwards Tuan Hai and Xuan Son. These players have been central to the national team's core in recent years.
