Vietnamese diplomats, expatriates visit late President Ho Chi Minh's workplace in Boston
New York, May 27 -- On the 136th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890-2026), Ambassador Do Hung Viet, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations, has led a delegation to visit the Omni Parker House hotel in Boston, Massachusetts, where the late leader worked during 1912-1913 on his journey to seek a path for national salvation. This activity and the incense offering in memory of President Ho Chi Minh also drew participation from members of the Vietnamese community, intellectuals and students in the northeast of the US.
