Hanoi, July 21 -- Nearly eight years after the adoption of the Party Central Committee's Resolution No. 36-NQ/TW on Vietnam's Strategy for Sustainable Marine Economic Development to 2030 with a vision to 2045, the country's oil and gas industry has reinforced its position as a key driver of the marine economy through strong production, investment and contributions to national energy security.
