Manila, June 1 -- Ngo Phuong Ly, spouse of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President of Vietnam To Lam, took part in activities aimed at promoting humanitarian values and cultural exchange in Manila on June 1 as part of the Vietnamese leader's state visit to the Philippines.
