Bangkok, July 13 -- Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung has affirmed that Vietnam consistently regards Myanmar as a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and views the Five-Point Consensus as an important framework for ASEAN's continued support for the country.
