Hanoi, June 2 -- The Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) and Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. of China signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hanoi on June 1, focusing on the management, operation and development of electrified railways, metro lines, and human resources training.
