Moscow, Sept. 17 -- Lao Ambassador to Russia Shiphandone Oybuabuddy has affirmed that the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam are an invaluable asset, cherished, safeguarded and developed by generations of leaders and people of the two countries. Visiting the Vietnamese Embassy in Moscow on September 15 to extend congratulations on Vietnam's 81st National Day (September 2, 1945 - 2026), the diplomat noted that the Lao Embassy in Russia traditionally visits the Vietnamese Embassy every year to mark the date.
