Vietnam issues new cybersecurity rules for domestic, foreign businesses
Hanoi, Aug. 23 -- The Government has issued Decree No. 333/2026/ND-CP detailing provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Cybersecurity, including notable requirements on information security assurance activities by domestic and foreign businesses operating in cyberspace in Vietnam. Issued on August 19, the decree comprises six chapters and 32 articles, covering cybersecurity protection measures, information security assurance, specialised cybersecurity training, and management of IP address identification for telecommunications and Internet service providers.
