Beijing, March 13 -- Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh on March 12 delivered a keynote address at an academic seminar entitled "Ambassador's Dialogue", jointly organised by the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies and the School of Global Leadership under Renmin University of China in Beijing.

The seminar attracted a wide range of experts, scholars, business association representatives and media organisations, with participants attending both in person and via online links connecting three university sites in Zhejiang province.
