Hanoi, Feb. 25 -- Vietnam Airlines will temporarily suspend all flights to and from Lien Khuong International Airport in Lam Dong province from March 4 to August 25, following the airport's scheduled closure for runway and taxiway repairs.

During the closure, the national flag carrier will halt services to and from Lien Khuong and adjust its flight schedule to ensure passengers' travel demand and maintain regional air connectivity. The airline plans to increase frequencies on nearby routes linking Ho Chi Minh City with Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku, as well as between Da Nang and Buon Ma Thuot, helping sustain connections between the Central Highlands, the south-central region and major economic hubs.
