Hanoi, July 4 -- Vietnam is placing a strong emphasis on developing a high-quality workforce in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) as it seeks to strengthen its competitiveness in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductor and quantum technologies.
