Hanoi, April 1 -- Politburo member and President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Doan Minh Huan on April 1 received Singaporean Ambassador to Vietnam Rajpal Singh during which they agreed on the importance of promoting cooperation in training strategic-level officials.
