Vietnam, Russia strengthen comprehensive strategic partnership in new development era
Hanoi, Sept. 6 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam's Central Committee and President To Lam and his spouse, together with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, will pay a state visit to Russia next week, the first of its kind by Vietnam's Party and State leader since 1991.
