Hanoi, March 5 -- Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army and Deputy Minister of National Defence General Nguyen Tan Cuong received Russian Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief Aleksandr Kurenkov in Hanoi on March 5.
