Moscow, Sept. 10 -- Vietnam and Russia have issued a joint statement on further strengthening the bilateral Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the new period on the occasion of the state visit to Russia by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam from September 7 to 9.
