Hanoi, April 1 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received Choi Young Sam, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea (RoK) to Vietnam, in Hanoi on April 1 to discuss measures to promote the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and cooperation on energy security between the two countries.
