Hanoi, June 2 -- Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang and her Dutch counterpart Marcel de Vink co-chaired the second deputy foreign ministerial-level political consultation between the two countries in Hanoi on June 1.
