Hanoi, Sept. 25 -- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ngo Le Van received Hungarian Ambassador to Vietnam Baloghdi Tibor in Hanoi on September 24, discussing measures to further strengthen and deepen bilateral relations.
