Berlin, Sept. 25 -- The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, in cooperation with the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC), held a workshop in Hamburg on September 24 on offshore wind development in Vietnam, attended by more than 50 representatives from offshore wind developers, equipment manufacturers and international financial institutions.
