Havana, June 23 -- Le Hoai Trung, Politburo member and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has paid a visit to Cuba in his capacity as Special Envoy of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam.
