Hanoi, July 13 -- Military academies and educational institutions of Vietnam and China should strengthen education on the tradition of good neighbourliness and friendship between the two countries, said General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army and Deputy Minister of National Defence.
