Dak Lak, July 15 -- Vietnam's central Dak Lak province and Cambodia's Mondulkiri province have reaffirmed their commitment to building a border line of peace, friendship, cooperation and development, as they reviewed the implementation of their 2024-2026 cooperation memorandum and signed a new one for 2026-2028.
