Bangkok, Dec. 25 -- Coinciding with the festive year-end season and the anniversary of Vietjet's first flight on Christmas Eve 2011, Vietjet Thailand has officially introduced its Boeing 737-8 aircraft into commercial service. This milestone represents a significant step in the airline group's long-term strategy to develop a modern, large-scale and market-based standardized fleet. The inaugural flight operated by the Boeing 737-8 marks the start of Vietjet Thailand's plan to deploy up to 50 new-generation aircraft, supporting rising travel demand and the continued expansion of the airline's network across Thailand and the wider region.
