Hanoi, Sept. 7 -- The upcoming official visit to France by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam will provide fresh momentum for bilateral ties, consolidating existing projects while opening new strategic cooperation avenues for the future, French Ambassador to Vietnam Olivier Brochet told the press ahead the top leader's visit and his attendance at the International Space Summit in Paris.
