Bangkok, May 28 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam, his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly, and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation departed Bangkok on May 28 evening, concluding their official visit to Thailand before beginning a state visit to Singapore.
