Top Vietnamese leader arrives in Canberra as part of state visit to Australia
Canberra, Aug. 10 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam and a high-level Vietnamese delegation arrived in Canberra on the evening of August 10 (local time), continuing his state visit to Australia from August 9-12 at the invitation of Governor-General Sam Mostyn.
