Hanoi, Oct. 10 -- President of the National Assembly (NA) Tran Thanh Man's official visit to China and his co-chairmanship of the second session of the Cooperation Committee between the Vietnamese NA and the National People's Congress of China (NPC) are expected to strengthen substantive legislative cooperation and reinforce parliamentary ties as an important pillar of relations between the two Parties and countries.
