New York, Sept. 22 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, together with the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, attended a cultural event and met with the Vietnamese community in the US in New York on September 21 evening (local time). This formed part of his trip to attend the high-level General Debate of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly and conduct bilateral activities in the US.
