Bangkok, March 2 -- Thailand's Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow has reaffirmed the country's commitment to regional peace efforts during talks with Philippine Foreign Secretary Maria Theresa P Lazaro, thanking the Philippines for its leadership of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT).
