Hanoi, May 24 -- Politburo member and Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc on May 24 called for the public, transparent and prudent assessment of every case proposed for amnesty in 2026, stressing the need for strict compliance with legal regulations and humanitarian principles.
