Hanoi, Sept. 6 -- Russia expects the two sides to engage in substantive discussions on all issues within the bilateral agenda, agree on new long-term cooperation orientations and make concrete decisions to further strengthen bilateral ties, Russian Ambassador to Vietnam Bezdetko Gennady Stepanovich told the Vietnam News Agency regarding the state visit to Russia next week by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam, his spouse and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation.
