Ho Chi Minh City, Aug. 18 -- The Politburo's Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW, dated August 2, 2026, on overseas Vietnamese (OV) affairs has generated strong consensus, confidence and enthusiasm among Vietnamese communities around the world.
