Hanoi, July 10 -- The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,214 VND/USD on July 10, up 3 VND from the previous day. With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,475 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,953 VND/USD. The opening-hour buying and selling rates at major commercial banks saw mixed movements compared to the July 9 morning trading session. At 8:30, both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 26,104 VND/USD, down 7 VND from the previous day, and the selling rate at 26,474 VND/USD, up 3 VND./.
