Hanoi, March 13 -- The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,065 VND/USD on March 13, up 4 VND from the previous day. With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,318 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,812 VND/USD. The buying and selling rates at major commercial banks saw increases. Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 26,078 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,318 VND/USD, up 44 VND and 4 VND, respectively, from the March 12 morning session. Meanwhile, BIDV also raised the buying rate by 28 VND to 26,078 VND/USD and the selling rate by 4 VND to 26,318 VND/USD./.
