Pretoria, May 27 -- A high-ranking delegation from Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security, led by Deputy Minister Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, visited South Africa from May 20 - 27, opening up broader opportunities for cooperation in security, law enforcement and the fight against transnational crime.
