Hanoi, Sept. 10 -- The Office of the President held a press conference in Hanoi on September 10 to announce the President's orders promulgating 15 laws adopted by the National Assembly (NA) at its first extraordinary session. The laws cover a wide range of areas, including petroleum, customs, investment, prevention of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, military and national defence, legal education, grassroots mediation, State compensation, banking, urban development, agriculture and environment, telecommunications, electronic transactions, technology transfer, overseas employment, publishing and architecture.
