Hanoi, July 23 -- Politburo member and Permanent member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu chaired a conference in Hanoi on July 23 to announce the Politburo's and Party Central Committee Secretariat's decisions on personnel work.
