Hanoi, Oct. 15 -- The Ministry of Home Affairs and the Government Office, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, held a dialogue between the Prime Minister and Vietnamese youth on October 15, focusing on promoting youth entrepreneurship and innovation to boost growth and create jobs.
