Phu Tho, Nov. 4 -- As part of his official visit to Vietnam, Lao National Assembly President Sonexay Siphandone, his spouse and a high-level delegation of Laos paid a working visit to Phu Tho on November 4, opening up broader opportunities for cooperation between the northern province and Lao localities. At the meeting, Secretary of the Phu Tho Party Committee Pham Dai Duong said the province attaches great importance to maintaining and expanding ties with Lao localities, particularly those in northern Laos.
