Hanoi, April 3 -- Personnel affairs at the 16th National Assembly (NA)'s first session will follow a rigorous, systematic, and proper procedural process under the Party's direct leadership, in line with the Constitution and the laws, Vice Chairwoman of the NA Committee for Deputy Affairs Ta Thi Yen told a press conference in Hanoi on April 3.

Yen said the Politburo has come up with an overall plan on the organisational structure and proposed personnel for key State leadership positions, which were first submitted to the Party Central Committee for review, then forwarded to the NA for formal approval within its authority, a process that upholds the principle of the Party's leadership, the State's management, and the people's mastery.
