Nghe An, April 29 -- Politburo member and permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu on April 29 led a working delegation to offer flowers and incense in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site in the central province of Nghe An. The visit took place on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30), and ahead of the 136th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - 2026).
